How soon can it go live?

Simple automations are usually running in 3 to 7 days. Bigger custom systems take a few weeks, depending on how many parts have to talk to each other. We set the timeline with you on the first call and give you a real date, not a vague “soon.”

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

Usually 50% to start and 50% on delivery. You can pay through GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer, whichever is easiest on your end. You get the full quote before any work begins, so nothing arrives as a surprise later.

What if I need changes after launch?

Accepted Answer

If it’s a bug, we fix it. No fee, no limit on revisions, that one is on us. For everything else we offer a maintenance agreement that covers updates, new feature requests, and keeping an eye on things as you grow. Without an agreement, a change request gets quoted on its own, starting at around ₱700 depending on how involved it is.

Do you supply the hardware too?

Yes. Receipt and label printers, barcode scanners, handheld RFID readers. We source the right kit for your budget, install it, and make sure it works from day one so you are not chasing a second supplier.

Question 5

We’re not technical. Is that a problem?

Accepted Answer

Not at all, and most of the businesses we work with are not either. We handle the setup, move your existing records over, install the hardware on-site, and train your staff until they can run it without us. You tell us how the business works. The technical side is our job.
